The Vadamalayan Group has been founded in 1957 as a 35 bedded "Vadamalayan Nursing Home" by
Dr. P. Vadamalayan, a doyen of medical professionals of yesteryears.

Today, being a renowned healthcare provider we have gradually expanded our foothold as a multispecialty, tertiary care, and state-of-the-art hospitals, pharmacies, lab services, health care services, Paramedical Institution etc., and remains ingenuous to its core principles of faith, ethics, service and moral values.

Vadamalayan Hospitals is multi-specialty, tertiary care hospital extending quality health care service to people of south Tamil Nadu for more than half a century. Founded by Dr.P.Vadamalayan in 1957, as VADAMALAYAN NURSING HOME, this hospital is first of its kind in down south Tamil Nadu.

Vadamalayan Institute of Paramedical Sciences came into existence in the year 2006, with the stead fast attempt of Dr. Pugalagiri Vadamalayan, the successor of the founder, to create adequately trained professionals in Paramedical Sciences.
